<font face="arial">Pipeline Technologies Company of China Oil & Gas Pipeline Bureau
(hereafter referred to asCNPTC) is the second- class enterprise among those large
state-owned enterprises in China. It was appointed to be the inspection center for
long-distance oil and gas pipelines by the Group Company of China Oil & Gas in July
1997.In 1999,CNPTC passed the certification of ISO 9002 quality system.<br>

China Oil & Gas Pipeline Bureau has engaged in special technical works for pipelines
since the beginning of 1980's. It has made great contribution to the security of pipelines
and got a lot of practical experience. In pace with the development of the professional
works, CNPTC was founded in 1992. Through these years, CNPTC gradually makes the technical
services step in the track of specialization, standardization and seriation.In 1997,CNPTC
and American pipeline Pigging Co. LTD. founed the JV--Huanmei Pigging technologied
Co.Ltd.to develop pipeline pigging services market.</font></td>

<td><font face="arial">Some of the services that CNPTC provides are: internal and external
inspection, tapping under pressured condition, hot-stoppling, installation and
construction of long-distance (oil, gas and water) pipelines; mechanical cleaning and
corrosion inspecting for oil storage tanks; manufacturing pigs and cups, etc. CNPTC has
solid technical strength and advanced equipment. Some equipment used for stoppling,
rehabilitation and corrosion inspection is introduced from America, German, Canada,
England and Japan. All of which possess advanced level of 1990's. CNPTC has fixed assets of
more than one hundred million yuan RMB. 53</font>ге <font face="arial">of the staff
